Lunar FFA — Terms of Service

By purchasing from the Lunar FFA store, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products
All products sold through the Lunar FFA store are digital products for use on the Lunar FFA Minecraft server.
Available products include:
- Astral — £1.50
- VIP — £2.99
- Legendary — £4.99
- Lunar — £7.99
- Eclipse — £10.99
- CustomRank — £14.99
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may be subject to applicable taxes or payment-processing charges where required.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft username when making a purchase.
Lunar FFA is not responsible for purchases sent to an incorrect username where the information was entered incorrectly by the customer.
Do not purchase products for another player without ensuring that the correct Minecraft username has been entered.
3. Server Rules
Purchasing a rank or other product does not exempt you from the Lunar FFA server rules.
Products may be removed or restricted if an account is permanently banned or otherwise loses access to the server due to a violation of the server rules, subject to applicable law.
4. Refunds
Lunar FFA does not offer voluntary refunds.
Because the products are digital goods that may be delivered immediately, customers may be asked to acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after purchase.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact Lunar FFA support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can investigate the issue.

6. Changes
Lunar FFA reserves the right to change prices, products, ranks, perks and other store features. Changes will not normally affect purchases that have already been completed unless required by law or necessary to correct an error.
